Bachelor of Management (Post Diploma)
(3 years—90 credits)
     
Regulations effective September 1, 2006

 

Business diploma-holder route: Students with approved two-year college diplomas in business or a closely related field will receive a block transfer award of 60 credits towards the Bachelor of Management (Post Diploma) General degree, except students with two-year diplomas from approved Ontario colleges who will receive 45 credits. These students must complete additional credits in non-Administrative Studies courses to complete the first 60 credits of the program. To business diploma-holder route.

Non-business diploma-holder route: Students with an approved two- or three-year professional diploma from an accredited college or technical institute in non-business fields, may receive a block transfer award of between 30 and 60 credits for their diploma towards this degree program. Students complete the program regulations in effect at the time of their enrolment. To non-business diploma-holder route.

Athabasca University has also developed program learning outcomes that describe the career options that may be available to you upon graduating.

Enrolment Restriction

Students will not be accepted into the Bachelor of Management program if they have

  •   a degree in administration, business, commerce, or management

  •   a degree with a major or concentration in administration, business,   commerce, or management

  •   any equivalent program from Athabasca University or another
