(Post Diploma) Human Resources Management Major
Regulations
effective September 1, 2006
Students with an approved college diploma in business (or a closely
related field) will receive a block transfer award of 60 credits
towards the Bachelor of Management (Post Diploma) Human Resources
Management degree, except students with two-year diplomas from approved
Ontario colleges who will receive 45 credits. These students must
complete additional credits in non-Administrative Studies courses
to reach the 60-credit figure.

404, in Years 3 and 4.
* Note: Students cannot use IDRL 215 or IDRL 312 to fulfill a critical perspectives course as it is a requirement in this major.

senior (300/400) level. Students are recommended to take IDRL
and ORGB courses.

(300/400) level. Students are recommended
to take HRMT and LBST courses. Students must select nine credits (three courses) from the critical
perspectives courses as outlined for the Bachelor of Management
(Post Diploma) General, 120-credit
program.
