5.12 Refunds: Grouped Study Course

If you withdraw from your grouped study course according to the criteria described in this section, you may be eligible for a refund of tuition fees.

To formally withdraw from your course, you must complete and submit a Grouped Study Withdrawal Request Form. If you print the online form, you must submit it by mail, hand, or fax (780.675.6174) to the University; an emailed withdrawal request will not be accepted.

You cannot withdraw from a course and be eligible for a refund once the final examination is deemed to have been written. For information on withdrawing from a grouped study course, and the impact on your academic record, please refer to Section 6.18.1.
