Regulations amended, effective September 1, 2009

The University Certificate in Financial Services program provides students with the skills and knowledge appropriate for financial services professionals. The program has been designed so that, through careful selection of options, students may complete the major portion of the training required by various professional financial services associations. All credit earned in the UC: FS program can be transferred into the Bachelor of Commerce or Bachelor of Management program at Athabasca University.

Transfer Credit completed more than 10 years ago in the following disciplines at the senior (300/400) level will not receive credit: ACCT, MGSC, LGST, MKTG, FNCE and TAXX. If you are currently working in the field and provide evidence of work being completed, this restriction will be waived.
