Athabasca University's Help Desk attendants will assist you with problems relating to computing resources. Most courses will require you to have access to a computer running MS Windows. Some courses support other hardware and software platforms and have more specific requirements noted in the online course syllabus. Help Desk attendants offer limited assistance for other hardware and software platforms.
