Admissions and Evaluations enrols students in specific undergraduate programs and processes applications for undergraduate degrees, university certificates, or diplomas. The department also evaluates transfer credit and provides information about graduation and your eligibility to convocate. You will be informed of your responsibilities as convocation day approaches.

Registration Services processes course registrations, course extensions, course withdrawals, and financial aid applications. You cannot request these services by e-mail as signatures are required.

Academic Records processes changes in your student information, records final grades in your academic records, ensures that final grades are sent to you, and processes requests for transcripts.

Examination Services reviews and approves invigilation centres, processes examination requests, and distributes and supervises examinations for Athabasca University students.
