6.18 Course Re-registration

You are permitted one registration and one re-registration in each individualized study course. Subsequent course registrations will require the course professor's written approval. Before granting approval, the course professor may consult with the tutor or other staff members. The professor may also recommend that you seek advice, counselling, or study-skills assistance.

To re-register, complete and submit a new Undergraduate Course Registration Form and fee. Both the original registration and the re-registration will be recorded on your transcript. If new learning resources are required, the full course fee applies. If new learning resources are not required, the learning resources fee is deducted from the full course fee. If you have lost or damaged any course items, the University will replace these items, and invoice you accordingly.

If you wish to carry forward the results for work completed in your previous registration to the re-registration, you must re-register within one year, and you must obtain permission from the course professor before you re-register. After the one-year period, you must complete all the assignments, examinations, tests, etc., in order to obtain credit for the course.
