6.12. Non-credit Courses

Non-credit or zero-credit courses, for example, ENGL 144 and ENGL 149, do not fulfill any requirement towards a credential. Non-credit course students receive the same tutorial support, have access to all other services provided to Athabascas University students, and pay the same fees as they would for a three-credit course. Course extension regulations also apply to zero-credit individualized-study courses.
