Regulations
effective September 1, 2004
Students complete the program regulations in effect at the time
of their enrolment.
|
|
|
|
Students with approved two-year college diplomas in business
(or a closely related field) awarded outside the province of Ontario
will receive a block transfer award of 60 credits towards the Bachelor
of Management (Post Diploma) General degree. Students with two-year
diplomas from approved Ontario colleges will receive 45 credits.
These students must complete additional credits in non-Administrative
Studies courses to complete the first 60 credits of the program.
Ontario students with approved three-year diplomas in business
(or a closely related field) will receive a block transfer award
of 75 credits towards the Bachelor of Management (Post Diploma)
- General degree.
Those students holding approved two- or three-year professional
diplomas from accredited colleges or technical institutes in non-business
fields, may receive a block transfer award of between 30 and
60 credits for their diploma towards this degree program.
The Bachelor of Management programs are offered by Athabasca University's
School of Business.
Enrolment Restriction
Students will not be accepted into the Bachelor of Management program if they have
- a degree in administration, business, commerce, or management
- a degree with a major or concentration in administration, business, commerce, or management
- any equivalent program from Athabasca University or another
university.
Athabasca University advisors have developed a program plan to assist you.

Your Future: Your Career and Athabasca University." Athabasca University has also developed program learning outcomes that describe the career options that may be available to you upon graduating.
