If a student withdraws within one month of start date, it will not be recorded on the student's official record. A late withdrawal (initiated more than three months after the start date), however, will be recorded on the student's transcript as a "WF" (Withdrawal Failure) rather than an "F" in order to reflect the nature of the withdrawal more accurately.
If the withdrawal is from the wait list, then all money is refunded, and no fee is charged
