Post-Baccalaureate Diploma in Management

The Post-Baccalaureate Diploma in Management (PBDM) program is offered online by Athabasca University’s Centre of Innovative Management, Faculty of Business, from its offices in St. Albert, Alberta.

The PBDM program is for managers who do not wish to pursue an MBA or those who do not meet the educational requirements for direct admission to the MBA. The program instills effective analytical skills and raises awareness of the critical nature of the role managers have in organizations.

Athabasca University's Centre of Innovative Management, Faculty of Business, offers live information sessions. Often current students or alumni attend these sessions to discuss with you, the AU graduate business student experience.
