The graduate programs found within this faculty are the Master of Business Administration, the Doctorate in Business Administration, and the Post-Baccalaureate Diploma in Management.

In 1994, Athabasca University's (AU) Centre for Innovative Management (CIM) logged on with the world’s first fully interactive online MBA program. Today, the AU MBA is Canada’s largest Executive MBA program, and has earned a place among the top Executive MBAs in the world (Financial Times, UK).

The Post-Baccalaureate Diploma in Management (PBDM) is a management credential of its own, but also acts as Phase One for the MBA program.

The AU Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) is the first online doctorate in management offered by a Canadian university. The program's focus is on researching practical business and managerial issues through knowledge building, critique, and systematic application of relevant theories and research to improve management practice.

AU’s MBA, DBA, and PBDM programs are designed for the experienced manager and professional. Programs use proven technologies for group work and computer-based learning, create a unique environment in which interaction between students and academics is extremely high.
